Michael with Wooten Plumbing is knowledgable, personable, and professional. He listened to our concerns, and his expertise regarding our collapsed sewer line was welcoming information. Michael explained the process for digging, the foundation work for accessing plumbing under the concrete back porch, replacing and securing pipe to the clean out and main sewer line. He also explained protection service, any warranty that may be available, how many days the job will take, and how soon they can start. Jeremy, and his assistant were very helpful, Jeremy, explained the water heater unit to me, and did visual check of the unit and took a plate off to check the wiring, he explained how the water heats at different times of the year; I felt he was both knowledgeable, and polite. He helped me make a decision regarding replacement of the water heater at this time which was something I needed in order to make the decision at the present time. I believed his honesty during the conversation, which is to be commended. I will be using Wooten for any future plumbing needs and if in the future it is necessary I will have Wooten do the replacement. Thank you for providing me with such service. Donna

We will pull the original toilet and reset it with a new wax ring and stool bolts this will not fix the low flushing on the toilet but will fix the leaking from the base of the toilet. We are NOT responsible for the condition of the flange once the toilet is pulled. If it needs to be repaired or replaced we will need to discuss further options to either repair or replace the flange. If the flange looks to be in good condition we will set the toilet back on the floor without any issue. We are NOT responsible if the toilet does not flush very well due to the age of the toilet.

Install a 50 gallon natural gas hot water heater in the garage and a 50 gallon alongside a 40 gallon, tied together in the utility room. All water heaters come with a 6 year warranty, parts and labor included. For an additional $1000 we can add an additional anode rod to all three tanks and provide a 4 year extended warranty for 10 years total, parts and labor included.

Replace the single handle shower valve and replace all the galvanized piping in the wall for the shower valve with copper water line. This single handle shower valve will be a delta brand and comes with a complete chrome trim kit. There will be a little bit of dry wall that has to be cut out at the top of the closet. Wooten plumbing is not responsible for fixing this dry wall. Next thing would be fixing the a leaking gas stop that is right at a crawl space entrance. The gas will be shut off and the system will be bleed out once that is done we will Cut out the shout off and replace it with a new shut off in its place. Last thing on the list is to replace the outside faucet on the front of the home. We will throw in replacing the p trap under the kitchen sink with a bag trap.

In the front yard by the cleanout, once the hole is completely dug, remove the clean out and the damaged coupling that is separated. We will rebuild the section that we take out with new PVC and install a new clean out. Bed and backfill hole when complete.
