I was impressed that he not only unjammed the garbage disposal, but gave me instructions with pictures on how to handle it myself next time.

We found 4 leaks and fixed them by resealing the fittings to the piping connected it back and tested for leaks once they where fixed. 2 at the meter unions and 2 behind the fryer. Also checked for leaks throughout the rest of the building.

We came out to look at a shower head that had low water pressure we remove the shower head and found there was a build up in the screen inside the shower head we cleaned it out and restore water pressure back to normal

Customer call us out for a worry that the drains in master bathroom were clogging up. I ran as much water as possible and flush the toilet over and over and nothing backed up or sounded like it was clogging. Only slightly clog was some air stuck in the drain of bath tub was able to pull out by hand.

This option will clear the roots from the inner wall of the piping this is not a guaranteed fix or solution but should give the sewer line more life to maybe last longer than clearing it with our other cables that may just be able to punch a hole through the roots.

We will pull the stem out of the faucet. We will need to shut the water off before we take the stem out. Once the stem is out we will need to take it to our supply house in order to make sure to get the correct stem for the faucet. Once the stem is put back in we will test the faucet to make sure the new stem works.

Looked at outside faucet and adjusted PRV. Did inspect of home entire plumbing system. Home owner called us about leak in upstairs bathroom found that the grout is cracked and is leaking down behind the wall to down stairs ceiling. Recommend having a tile company fix the grout lines.

I will pull the customer recently install toilet and do a inspection on the toilet flange to see why the toilet is leaking water around the base. If the flange is damage and needs replacing or replace the option will be typed up as well as priced. Part of this job will also include changing out the not working water shut off for the toilet. It will be changed out with a quarter turn compression stop

We will cut the pipe right above the P trap and put in a Sanitary tee that will have a small section of pipe coming off with a 90 going up for us to Denron sea PVC pipe from the TMP valve over to the drain and have a drain into the sewer system

Customer called us out about a carbon residue that is collecting in the bottom of toilet. He felt like it was connected to the halo 5 filtration system. Inspected the halo and found that power was lost at some point to the unit and Left the unit not regenerating at all this will allow for carbon to get past the filtration system and in to the water.
