My husband and I have decided to install a whole home water filtration system. We have had several quotes. The cost is similar across the board. We will pull out the old 50 gallon natural gas water heater and install a new 50 gallon Rheem water heater. This option comes with all new code updates which include, new water heater pan, hammer resters, an expansion tank, new tmp piping and new isolation valves. This option comes with a 6 year warranty.

Customer called us out for possible back up. Looked in to the shower drain and saw hair in the drain pulled a lot of hair out by hand and everything was drain perfect with no issues. Service fee was waved.

We will replace the leaking 50 gallon tank with a new 50 gallon water heater. Will will cut the copper down a bit and solder on pex adapters then add a new quarter turn ball valve. In this option we will also replace the homes whole home water shut off due to it being an old gate valve. This price includes all labor and materials This option comes with a 6 year warranty.

We will need to rework the gas line, water lines and flu piping to get the tank in a safer place to be strapped to the wall to prevent it from falling or doing damage in the case of a earthquake. 6 year warranty on water heater.

Today, I provided a customer with an estimate for a whole-house repiping project, assessing the current galvanized piping's condition. I recommended using Uponor PEX tubing for its durability and ease of installation, detailing costs for materials, labor, and necessary permits.

We will pull out the old water heater rework water lines run new flu piping and run gas line down to the closet. We will need to install a regulator inside the closet on the gas line, cut a hole in the ceiling for combustion air, install flu piping and run it out the roof of the home. Install all code updates on the tankless. Rework the wiring to install an outlet for the tankless to have power. The code updates include hammer resters, an expansion tank, a pan, a drip leg for the gas line and a flush valve kit for maintenance. 15 year warranty on the heat exchanger, 5 year warranty on parts and labor. We will install a halo water filter which comes with a pressure reducing valve installed the halo will descale and filter out possible harmful chemicals in the water. When we do these options we will give the customer an outside faucet with no extra cost. This option comes with a service partner plan membership that will last for 1 year.
