The following day, they returned to take care of a few additional repairs that I had procrastinated scheduling. From the scheduling of Gage through Gages review of the job requirements, Gage was very courteous and professional. The receptionist was clear, communicated clearly and very polite. Gage insured he clearly understood the job and my expectations. He communicated the gentleman that would help with the quote was unavailable, but as soon as he could the quote would be prepared and sent to me.

Plumbing Repair. Went out to replace a customer's sewer line. The old clay line had deteriorated and broken down. Installation of the new line was carefully performed. The system is now operating properly again.

Received a call from a customer who reported a leaking pipe under their kitchen sink. After inspecting the pipe, found that the pipe joint was loose and causing the leak. The joint was tightened and rechecked to ensure the pipe was no longer leaking.

The shower drop ear was wobbly. I told her I could cut open the wall and re-attach it to the bracket or I could shim it and caulk around it. She chose the latter and we got it 90% wobble free and went ahead and caulked the tub spout, because that was not done yesterday.

We will install a new delta faucet and trim kit in chrome this will require us to cut the dry wall on the back side of the shower to access all the water lines for the shower we will cut the old valve out and tie back on to the copper lines with pex piping. This valve will have a one year warranty.

Full re-pipe of home hot and cold waterlines, comes with all new supply lines and shut off valves. Bore in a new PEX yard service line. Install a whole home shut off and a pressure reducing valve and provide a 5 year warranty.

Today I addressed a clogged shower head issue in a customer's master bathroom. I began by carefully removing the existing shower head assembly. Inspection revealed the flow passages were partially obstructed by a buildup of mineral deposits and debris. I used a specialized de-scaling solution and small tools to thoroughly clean out the shower head's internal components. Customers mother in law sweet need to have a cap put on cold water line due to failed shark bite fittings that came apart in the freeze. This part failing flooded out the building allowing for water to run for a few days. This cap will be installed and there till remodeling of the building is finished. Once remolding is finished the cap will be removed and water line will be plumbed back in to fixture.
