A few drips on the drain line due to loose fittings. Was able to tighten them and get them to stop leaking. As well as the machines they use to clean tools were leaking towards the wall.

Attempt to clear backed up main line from the clean out. This will not guarantee the sewer line to be unclogged this is an attempt if the after we run the sewer cable we will run the camera in order to see what is going on with the sewer line. Pending the evaluation of the line. Other options may be presented after. After using the camera in the line a separation was found 2 feet in the ground after the drain 90 into the ground.

Water fountain is cracked, needs to be replaced water pressure registered at 90 psi, recommend reducing pressure at meter cannot locate main line coming into building.

Lit pilot light on heater to verify it was working lit and tested gas logs in fireplace and looked for a clean out in the front yard.

Attempt to clear mainline clog using sewer machine and if/when clog is cleared we run sewer camera to investigate cause of clog. Upon investigation with sewer camera I found that a line from a service company was bored through the sewer line therefore compromising the home owners sewer line as well as making it susceptible to roots and further damage. We will call in ground locates for safe excavation and take plenty of pictures of line as well as have the service company in question onsite to verify damages.
