Outside faucet constantly running, won’t turn completely off. Option to install standard multi-turn faucet. Unable to get accurate water pressure reading from outside faucet. After install of new faucet, water pressure will be checked again. If within code, 1 year warranty for faucet will apply. If water pressure is above code, no warranty and additional option will be made to regulate water pressure.

Outside faucet froze and busted in wall. When faucet is opened, water can be seen seeping through mortar and pours out of dryer vent. Faucet located behind water heater in closet. Current water heater is a 40gal electric from 2018, missing hammer arresters and an expansion tank. Option to install new premium quarter turn outside faucet. Water heater will need to be pulled for access. 1 year warranty. Option to install code updates on current water heater in home. 1 year warranty on code updates, no warranty on water heater. Not responsible for patching Sheetrock.

Start by pulling old toilet and inspecting flange for any damages (damages or repairs needed alter overall price) if flange is good place new toilet back with new stool bolts, wax ring seal, and new water supply line. Replace rusted out flange ring with new clam flange and new clam flange the proper way.
