We will pull the customers toilet to do a thorough inspection of the toilet flange and to confirm everything is in working order. We will also perform a toilet rebuild which will be replacing all the internal parts of the toilet with brand new Part. As well as installing a new water shut off.

Nothing else in the home is backing up. We will use the closet auger down the toilet in an attempt to clear we will also run a hand auger down the drain for the sink pull apart the p-trap and clean it out as well.

Home owner had sonar company out to check for leak on main line service. Detected leak somewhere between meter and roughly 20 feet going towards home. Recommend installing an isolation valve on main line past suspected leak point in order to isolate line down from the rest of home. If leak is found to be in that section of line we would then replace the entire section from valve back to meter. If water pressure is found to be high we can install a pressure reducing valve in order to include a warranty on our section of line repair.
