The two men were polite, kind, and professional. They assessed the repairs needed, gave a quote on cost, purchased supplies needed and finished the repairs in a timely fashion. I could not ask for better service. The last thing that I told the two technicians was, “Tell your boss that you deserve a raise!” And they do deserve a raise.

This includes coming out once a year to clean and flush the well system to keep the sulphur smell from coming back. We will flush the system leave it off to sit overnight and flush it the next morning at both locations. The service partner plans will be set in place at both addresses.

Run a cable auger from the main vent on the roof in an attempt to unclog the drain line under the house

We will have our leak locator come out and pin point where the leak is that way we can give an estimate to dig down and replace the section of leaking piping. We will dig up the water meter and install the pressure regulator in order to reduce the high pressure coming into the home. This also includes installing a new water heater and all necessary code updates. Code updates include a new water heater pan, expansion tank, hammer resters, flex lines, drip leg and drain for the TMP. The pressure regulator will have a 1 year warranty on it and the water heater will have a 10 year warranty on it and the parts installed for it.

Cut a hole in the Sheetrock in the hallway on the backside of the shower. We will cut out the piping feeding the tub spout and replace it with copper and install a new tub spout. We are not responsible for Sheetrock repairs.

We will replace the 4 shutoff valves for the dual vanity in the master bathroom install 2 customer supplied faucets with pop up assemblies install a customer supplied toilet the shutoff valve for the toilet in the guest bath will be replaced and the refrigerator shutoff valve will be replaced. We will also install all new code updates on the water heater. Code updates include expansion tank hammer resters a new shutoff valve and new supply lines. We are not responsible for the condition of the water heater once water is restored to the tank. Warranties will depend on the water pressure once the water is restored to the home. No warranty on code updates.

We will pull out the old garbage disposal and replace it with a new badger 1 garbage disposal that is 1/3 horsepower. We are not responsible for replacing the electrical. The garbage disposal seems to have been leaking for a long time and the electrical lines are corroded. Suggest to replace the electrical lines and possibly the light switch.

Found that the tank on the inlet of the aerobic system is full of solid waste and needs to be pumped out.

We will cut the wall behind the shower valve, remove the backing for the valve in the wall and repair the waterline. Then we will reinstall the backing for the valve and reinstall the trim kit for the valve. We will turn the water back on and check to see if there are any other leaks. If so we will need to price out additional repairs if not we will check water pressure to see if that may be part of the cause for the leak.
