The two men were polite, kind, and professional. They assessed the repairs needed, gave a quote on cost, purchased supplies needed and finished the repairs in a timely fashion. I could not ask for better service. The last thing that I told the two technicians was, “Tell your boss that you deserve a raise!” And they do deserve a raise.

Found that the tank on the inlet of the aerobic system is full of solid waste and needs to be pumped out.

We will cut the wall behind the shower valve, remove the backing for the valve in the wall and repair the waterline. Then we will reinstall the backing for the valve and reinstall the trim kit for the valve. We will turn the water back on and check to see if there are any other leaks. If so we will need to price out additional repairs if not we will check water pressure to see if that may be part of the cause for the leak.

I utilized a toilet auger to clear blockages in two toilets. One toilet had a severe clog caused by a buildup of sanitary products, while the other had a partial obstruction due to excessive toilet paper usage. After carefully maneuvering the auger through the drain, I successfully dislodged the blockages, restoring proper flushing functionality to both toilets. Subsequent testing confirmed their smooth operation without any residual issues.

We will be installing a 2 inches vent in the wall that will venting the washing machine box that is slow drain and gurgling. We will have to cut sheets rock to access the plumbing before the wall. Once we are in there we will cut out the old drain and install a new P Trap and install a clean out on the wall for any future maintenance to the drain we will then plumb the vent through the wall and out the roof there will be a roof flashing put on and sealed to prevent leaks.

Customer called us out for small water stain on ceiling in lower level bedroom. Did full inspection in the area. Could not find anything leaking from the plumbing. Did find cracks along the tile shower grout lines right where home owner steps out, flooring does dips in this area and holds water. Customer is planning on redoing bathroom floor and possibly pulling up sub floor when they do that job. Let them know to call us back out for another inspection if they feel it necessary. Once we have more access to the sub floor. There is also a hole in dry wall with crack by the floor/ wall right by the open shower with a crack that runs by the wall to under the bathroom sink.

We will shut the water off tank the handles apart for the shower valve, take the seats and stems to the supply house in order to try and find replacement parts. If we are unable to the next option would be to replace. If we can find the right replacement parts we will install them but there is no guarantee that the new parts will work. Then we will replace the kitchen sink faucet and lavatory faucet for the new faucets the customer is providing. We will then pull out and replace the fill valve and the supply line for the toilet in a partial rebuild kit.
